Kate is a unique gem and made shopping for our home the best experience we could have imagined. She truly understands her craft and is intimately familiar with the Fayetteville area. More importantly, she’s super responsive, very intuitive, a great listener AND an absolute pleasure to work with! Her clever sense of humor and positive energy made the home-buying process fun for us. In this seller’s market, it was overwhelming trying to find our dream home, but Kate was there to encourage us every step of the way. Anytime we texted or called her, she would get back to us immediately.
