Far Exceeded My Expectations!

Kate has been a phenomenal help in my home buying process. I'm active duty military with limited availability during the day and Kate went, what I belive to be, above and beyond! When she first began assisting me through this journey, she sent emails that detailed the various steps of the home buying experience to ensure we had shared understanding since this is my first time buying. Kate demonstrated understanding of an evolving market and what that meant for me, the buyer, in a "sellers market".

Due to my limited availability during the day, Kate scheduled virtual viewings in the evening and on weekends to better accommodate me and my schedule.

Communication throughout these last few months have been unparalleled. Kate utilized several mediums of communication to include: texting, emails, phone calls, and video chats for our virtual showings to help me feel at ease and like I was never out of the loop. Even during the virtual showings, cameras don't always show everything so she made a deliberate effort to point out flaws in the homes we viewed while also noting things that probably weren't deal breaker but to still give me that situational awareness that I may be missing out on compared to being in person. The over communication really helped in my decision making and I appreciated that she explained real estate in layman's terms since I had no prior knowledge of anything.

Kate also has an extensive network of people who were able to aid in this process. The bank I originally planned to get my mortgage through wasn't able to get an appraisal done until after the Holidays but Kate knew of other options that assisted in closing before Christmas. I also needed minor cosmetic work done to my new home and Kate provided recommendations as well.

Ultimately, Kate has been a tremendous help in purchasing my first home and is the standard I will use to measure the ability and competence of other realtors I work with in the future. She far exceeded my expectations!
